If data loaded by csv or json url then format cells not applied in Highcharts (any chart type).
To reproduce this issue just save report from demo https://www.webdatarocks.com/doc/new-demos/
Then open page where report with chart https://codepen.io/webdatarocks/pen/qMaxoE
and open saved report.
Or just connect to remote CSV and change format and you can see it’s not applied in chart.
Can this issue be fixed?
